Will this improve your golf and tennis game?

Hi Reader!

The muscles of the forearm often get overused and painful when playing tennis or golf (although it's not limited to those activities!).

Would you be interested in learning how to relieve those overused muscles? What about neck and shoulder tension? Or do your wrists bother you when doing yoga?

Well, good news! I'm offering a Roll it Out! yoga therapy balls workshop that targets all these areas!

I'll show you how to use yoga therapy balls to self-massage these muscles (if you don't have the balls you can buy them from me). You'll definitely feel looser and more relaxed. And will be able to roll out these tissues on your own any time you need to.

These high grip rubber balls are specially designed to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas.

Here are the specific areas we'll be targeting:

  • shoulder and rotator cuff area - allows freedom to bring arms overhead and in circles

  • forearm, fingers, hands and wrists (used commonly in golf, tennis, baseball... and yoga) - allows freedom of wrist and fingers to flex and extend

  • neck area - allows freedom to rotate head left, right and down at different angles

This workshop is ideal for you if you:

  • sit a lot at a computer
  • play golf, tennis or baseball
  • do gardening
  • do cycling
  • have tight or painful neck, shoulder and/or arms muscles
  • find it hard on the wrists to do yoga (e.g. downward-facing dog)

It takes place Thursday, June 24 at 7:30-8:45 pm, online via Zoom. The cost is $30 (there's a 15% discount if you're a current student!)
